NOTE: When you sign up for my e-mail list, the free download of my weekly meal planning template includes this meal ideas template.
First, print a double-sided copy of the meal ideas template. Now write down every breakfast, lunch, snack and drink you’d ever want to eat at home. (Okay, not everything but give yourself some options without going crazy.) Remember that it doesn’t have to be a recipe, either. Cereal and toast are breakfast options at my house!
Second, flip over the meal ideas template and write down every dinner main dish and side you’d ever want to eat at home. If you don’t have enough choices for at least one week, look for more options and recipes using the ideas from the last section’s “What Will You Make?” lesson.
Make sure you save your recipes in an easily accessed location like Plan To Eat because you’ll need them in a later lesson.
